1 large Cucumber (peeled)
2 Avocados (peeled, stones removed and roughly chopped)
2 cups plain Yogurt
Limes (juiced)

Preparation steps

1.
Cut the cucumber in half lengthways and scrape out the seeds. Dice the flesh and set aside 8 pieces for the garnish.
2.
Place the remaining cucumber in a blender with the avocado, yoghurt and lime juice. Pour into glasses and serve garnished with the diced cucumber.
