Preparation steps

1.

Cook the gnocchi according to the package directions and drain well. Rinse the chilies and cut into rings.

In a bowl, whisk together the vinegar and oil, stir in the gnocchi, pineapple, chile rings and basil and season with salt. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
