5 Regensburger sausages
150 milliliters lukewarm Beef broth
1 tsp hot Mustard
2 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps Corn oil
2 onions
2 Tbsps scallions

Preparation steps

1.

De-skin the sausage, cut into thin slices and place in a bowl.

2.

For the marinade, mix the broth, mustard and vinegar together. Season with salt and pepper, stir in the oil and pour over the slices of sausage. Leave to soak for at least 2 hours.

3.

Before serving, peel the onions and cut into rings. Shower with chives and season again.

Serve with the bread of your choice.
