1 loaf Ciabatta (sliced)
4 Tbsps good quality olive oil
4 cloves garlic cloves
2 sprigs thyme

Preparation steps

1.
Cut bread into 1/2-inch slices.
2.
Brush the inside of a heavy skillet with olive oil. Place over medium-low heat.
3.
Rub the bread with garlic and brush with olive oil.
4.
Arrange bread, garlic and thyme in skillet. Cook about 5 minutes, or until the underside is brown. Pressing bread slices occasionally to help the browning process.
5.
Turn bread and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Repeat until all slices are browned.
6.
Keep warm in low heat oven, until ready to serve.
