¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup butter
5 ozs Dried Fruit (apricots, pineapple, mango, diced)
3 cups rolled oats
0.333 cup Sunflower seed
¼ cup Sesame seeds

Preparation steps

1.
Line a baking tray with grease-proof paper.
2.
Mix the honey, sugar and butter in a pot and allow to melt. Bring to the boil and then stir in the fruit, oats and seeds. Keep stirring for 1 min.
3.
Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking tray and leave to cool. Once cold, cut into pieces and serve.
