- 2 cups Muesli
- 2 Tbsps Spelt flakes (optional)
- 1 large Banana (peeled and sliced)
- 1 medium Apple (rinsed; cored and chopped)
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- ¼ cup Sunflower seed
- ¼ cup seedless raisins
- 1 tsp flaxseed (optional)
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar (for sprinkling)
Preparation steps
1.
Combine the muesli and spelt flakes and divided between 4 serving bowls.

Divide the fruit, carrots, almonds, sunflower hearts, raisins and flax seeds over the muesli. Drizzle milk over the top and sprinkle with brown sugar. Serve.
