2 cups Muesli
2 Tbsps Spelt flakes (optional)
1 large Banana (peeled and sliced)
1 medium Apple (rinsed; cored and chopped)
½ cup shredded carrots
¼ cup sliced almonds
¼ cup Sunflower seed
¼ cup seedless raisins
1 tsp flaxseed (optional)
1 ½ cups milk
1 Tbsp brown sugar (for sprinkling)

Preparation steps

1.
Combine the muesli and spelt flakes and divided between 4 serving bowls.
2.
Divide the fruit, carrots, almonds, sunflower hearts, raisins and flax seeds over the muesli. Drizzle milk over the top and sprinkle with brown sugar. Serve.
