1 cup Hollyhock petal
1 ½ cups Rose petal
2 cups Schnapps (Doppelkorn 38 vol. %)
3.333 cups sugar
2 cups water

Preparation steps

1.
Wash and dry the flower petals, then put into a bottle and fill up with schnapps. Seal the bottle and put in a dark place.
2.
After fourteen days make a sugar syrup from the sugar and water and leave to go cold. Then add to the flower petal and alcohol mixture. Filter through a cloth and put into bottles. Store in a cool place for a few weeks.
