200 grams green soybean (frozen)
salt
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps freshly grated Parmesan
400 grams cream cheese
1 splash lemon juice
freshly ground peppers
4 slices white bread (toasted, if desired)
8 slices Sausage
To garnish
freshly grated Parmesan
thyme

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the edamame until tender in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Shock in ice water and drain. Chop coarsely with the peeled garlic, mix with the Parmesan and 2 tablespoons cream cheese and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. 

2.

Stir in the remaining cream cheese until smooth, transfer to a piping bag with a star tip, pipe over the bologna, roll up and arrange on the bread slices.

3.

Serve garnished with Parmesan and thyme.
