2 large eggs
½ cup milk
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 cup Tapioca flour
½ tsp salt
½ cup Herb cream cheese
1 Tbsp chopped Fresh herbs

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6. Grease a large baking sheet.
2.
Mix together one of the eggs with the milk, oil, tapioca flour and salt until you have a smooth dough, adding a little more tapioca flour if the mixture is too wet.
3.
Roll into small balls, pressing a little of the cream cheese into the middle of each, and place them on the baking sheet.
4.
Lightly beat the remaining egg, brush it over the rolls then sprinkle them with chopped herbs.
5.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden. Cool for a few minutes before removing from the baking sheet. Serve warm.
