3 cups 2% milk
2 Tbsps light Agave syrup
2 large, ripe Banana (chopped)
½ cup crushed Ice

Preparation steps

1.
Set aside a tablespoon of the goji berries.
2.
Combine the rest of the berries with the milk in a food processor or blender and soak for 10 minutes.
3.
Add the agave nectar and banana, and blend on high for 2 minutes.
4.
Add the crushed ice and blend again until frothy. Pour into glasses and serve with a garnish of the remaining goji berries.
