½ cup dried Cranberry
½ cup pitted Medjool Date
4 Tbsps honey
2 ½ cups rolled oats
2 ¼ cups low-fat plain Yogurt (smooth)
½ cup Wheat bran
¾ cup Wheat germ

Preparation steps

1.
Spoon the yoghurt onto a serving platter and top with the oats evenly.
2.
Sprinkle the wheat bran evenly on top then arrange the dates in a line down the centre of the platter. Scatter the cranberries either side of the dates.
3.
Drizzle the honey around the the plate, but no on the fruit in the middle. Sprinkle the wheat bran on top and serve.
