Preparation steps

Boil the salt and peppercorns with about 400 ml of water (approximately 1 1/2 cups). Remove from heat and soak the daisies in it for about 15 minutes.
2.
Drain and transfer into hot-rinsed jars. Cover with olive oil and leave to rest for at least 1 week in the refrigerator.
