1 small Cucumber (peeled, seeds removed and cut into chunks)
sugar (to taste)
1 Tbsp Lime juice
1 pinch salt
3 cups Ice

Preparation steps

1.
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
2.
Add the ice and blend until smooth and slushy- making it as thin or as thick as you like. Decorate with melon balls and serve immediately.
