- 4 slices day-old Black bread
- 4 Tomatoes
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 clove garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp Basil (roughly chopped)
- 2 Tbsps white wine vinegar (to taste)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Dice the bread and fry in olive oil.
2.
Wash, quarter and deseed the tomatoes and cut into pieces.
3.
Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix all the ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
