Ingredients

4 slicesday-old Black bread
4tomatoes
3 tablespoonsolive oil
1 clovegarlic
1 tablespoonBasil roughly chopped
2 tablespoonswhite wine vinegar to taste
salt
freshly ground peppers

Directions

1 Dice the bread and fry in olive oil.
2 Wash, quarter and deseed the tomatoes and cut into pieces.
3 Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix all the ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
