100 grams softened butter

Preparation steps

1.

Shuck the corn on the cob, trim and parboil about 25 minutes in plenty of boiling water.

2.

In the meantime, rinse the herbs, shake dry, pluck and chop. Stir into the softened butter. Season with salt and pepper.

3.

Preheat the grill. Drain the corn cobs and place in a grill pan on the preheated grill. Grill 10-15 minutes while turning. Toward the end of the cooking time, brush with the herb butter.
