Preparation steps

1.

For the corn cobs, cook corn in a pot of boiling water, with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon sugar for about 15 minutes.

Mix softened butter in a bowl with lemon zest and herbs and season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate.

3.

Drain corn, allow to cool, cover thinly with herb butter and cook on a hot grill or under a preheated oven broiler, watching carefully, for approximately 10 minutes. To serve, cut corn into pieces and sprinkle with sea salt.
