1 white-fleshed Cantaloupe
500 milliliters Yogurt (0.1% fat)
100 grams Vegetable broth
salt
peppers
12 shrimp (peeled, deveined)
1 Tbsp butter
1 cut Cantaloupe
2 sprigs mint

Preparation steps

Halve and remove seeds from melon. Remove peel and cut melon into cubes. In a blender, puree melon with yogurt and vegetable broth until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour.

In a frying pan, cook shrimp in melted butter over low heat. With a melon baller, scoop out melon balls from cantaloupe. Divide soup and melon balls among 4 bowls. Top soup with shrimp and serve sprinkled with chopped mint.
