4 Cod (each 180 grams)
2 sprigs parsley
60 grams breadcrumbs

1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 220°C (approximately 425°F).

Rinse the cod fillets and pat dry. Rinse the parsley, pat dry and finely chop the leaves. Mix with the breadcrumbs. Season the fish on both sides with salt and pepper and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake in the oven until golden brown, 10-15 minutes.

Serve with baked potatoes, if desired.
