2 egg whites
180 grams sugar
250 grams Coconut flakes
10 Metal dessert molds
butter (for greasing)

Preparation steps

1.

Beat whites until stiff. Beat in sugar. 

2.

Fold coconut flakes into whites. 

3.

Preheat oven to 160°C (approximately 325°F). Grease ramekins with butter.

Pour mixture into a piping bag and pipe into ramekins. Bake for about 20 minutes. Remove and release from ramekins. Let cool completely, then serve.
