Preparation steps

1.
Mash half the raspberries and divide between 4-6 serving glasses.
2.
Whisk the cream until thick but not stiff and spoon a layer on top of the raspberries.
3.
Crumble the cake roughly and divide between the glasses.
4.
Top with a few whole raspberries and more cream. Top each with a raspberry and chill before serving.
