150 grams dark Couverture (60-70%)
150 grams white Couverture
75 grams multi-colored sprinkle
75 grams Hazelnuts (chopped and toasted)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse strawberries and gently pat dry. Chop each type of chocolate and heat separately. Dip half the strawberries in the white chocolate and the other half in the dark chocolate. Let cool on a wire rack.

2.

Place remaining chocolate in two small piping bags (or take a plastic bag and cut the corner). Decorate white chocolate strawberries with the dark chocolate and vice versa. As desired, sprinkle the chocolate coating with nonpareils and chopped nuts before cooling.
