1 ½ cups baking Dark chocolate (chopped)
cup butter
4 eggs (lightly beaten)
cup Sour cream
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 ½ cups dark brown sugar
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup Macadamia Nuts (roughly chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat oven to 325º F. Position oven rack in the center of the oven. Line a 9" x 11" baking pan with parchment paper.

In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate and butter together. Using an electric mixer set on low speed, beat the chocolate and butter mixture until thoroughly blended. Beat in eggs one at a time, sour cream, vanilla, sugar, and flour until well blended. Using a rubber spatula, stir in the macadamia nuts. Pour batter into the prepared baking pan.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center of the pan comes out almost clean. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Cut into 2 1/4-inch squares and cool completely on wire racks.
4.
Using a star stencil, dust tops with confectioners' sugar. Place brownies in decorative paper baking liners. Serve.
