4 medium Banana (peeled and chopped)
½ cup low-fat Yogurt
4 Tbsps 2% milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup Milk chocolate (chopped)
4 Tbsps Shredded coconut

Preparation steps

1.
Blend together the banana, yoghurt and vanilla extract until smooth.
2.
Melt the chocolate and milk together in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of barely simmering water.
3.
Stir occasionally until smooth, then allow to cool a little before whisking quickly into the yoghurt mixture then pouring into ice lolly moulds with handles. Freeze until solid.
4.
When ready to serve, remove from the moulds and brush with the remaining milk.
5.
Sprinkle the desiccated coconut on all over to coat before serving.
