Preparation steps
1.
To make marinade: Finely chop chile and mix with remaining ingredients (with the exception of the chicken).
2.
Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry. Make 4 diagonal slits in each chicken breast. Cut lime into thin slices and insert into slits. Brush chicken with marinade. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
3.
Preheat oven to 220°C (approximately 425°F).
4.
Place chicken breasts on an oiled baking sheet and bake 15-20 minutes. Season with salt and serve garnished with thyme.
