1 garlic clove (pressed)
2 shallots (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp sweet ground paprika
1 egg yolk
vegetable oil
Wooden skewer
red Bell pepper (thinly sliced)

Preparation steps

Knead the ground beef, pressed garlic, shallots, paprika and egg yolks, season with salt and shape into about 8-10 cm (3-4 inch) long rolls.

Thread rolls onto wooden skewers, brush with oil and grill on a grill rack coated with hot oil (or broil) about 10 minutes, or until browned, turning. Garnish with red bell pepper strips and serve.
