2 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
1 cup Daikon radish
2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
1 cup Brazil nut
¼ tsp coarse Sea salt
1 tsp olive oil
1 dash freshly ground White pepper
4 cups fresh Vegetables (washed and cut for dipping)
