- 200 grams Buttermilk
- 1 sprig Basil
- 200 grams strained Tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp red bell pepper relish
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Beat the buttermilk until creamy, then pour into two glasses. Chiffonade the basil, and add half to the tomato. Mix in the red pepper relish, lemon juice, and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix into the glasses, garnish with the remaining basil, and serve.
