4 scoops Buffalo mozzarella (each 125 grams)
4 slices ham (or pancetta)
4 thin slices white bread
freshly ground peppers
lemon juice
Cress (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Drain the mozzarella well and wrap 1-2 slices of ham around each scoop. Set on the white bread slices. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place bread slices on the sheet. Bake in preheated oven until the cheese starts to melt, about 10 minutes.

3.

Transfer to plates. Sprinkle with ground pepper and lemon juice.

4.

Garnish to taste with cress.
