250 grams ripe Camembert
2 centiliters White ale (or light beer)
1 tsp Caraway
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 Red onion
4 slices Bread (such as french bread)
1 tsp ground paprika (sweet)
1 Tbsp scallions

Preparation steps

1.

Beat butter in a bowl until creamy. Add camembert and crush with a fork until mixed. Add white ale and caraway seeds, mix and season with salt and pepper.

2.

Peel onion and cut into thin rings. Spread camembert mixture on bread slices and sprinkle with onion rings. Sprinkle with paprika and serve garnished with chives.
