500 grams mixed Nut (such as peanuts, pecans, almonds, walnuts)
100 grams salt
500 milliliters vegetable oil (such as safflower)

Preparation steps

1.

Place nuts and salt in a pot of boiling water.

2.

Cook for 5 minutes, drain and allow to dry for at least 1 hour.

3.

Heat oil in a pan, then toast nuts until light brown and drain.

4.

Let cool before storing or packaging.
