Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the grill to a medium to high heat. Let the steak rest to room temperature in a covered dish.
2.
Chop the thyme and mix with the olive oil and salt and pepper.
3.
Thread the steak, peppers, and onions onto wooden skewers. Season with salt and pepper.
4.
Place all the skewers under the grill and cook for 10-14 minutes (depending on how well done you like your steak). Turn the kebabs occasionally for even cooking.
5.
When cooked let the steak rest for a few minutes in a warm place, then serve.
