Preparation steps
1.
Cut the steak, peppers and courgette into large chunks and season with salt and pepper.
2.
Tip them into a large sandwich bag with the salad onions and rosemary, then drizzle in the oil and vinegar. Seal the bag and leave to marinate for 2 hours.
3.
Preheat the grill to its highest setting. Thread the meat and vegetables onto four metal skewers.
4.
Cook the skewers under the grill for 8 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the vegetables are tender and the steak is nicely browned.
