Preparation steps

Cut the toast slices into circles about the same size as the pineapple slices. Spread the butter onto the toast circles and top each with a slice of pineapple and Gouda cheese. Place the pineapple toasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in an oven preheated to 175°C (approximately 350°F) for about 8 minutes, until the cheese has melted.

Remove from the oven, top with the quartered grapes and garnish with chopped chives.
