400 grams Beans
8 small onions
1 red Bell pepper
40 grams black Olives (pitted, if desired)
4 Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (such as rosemary, thyme)
Sea salt
2 Tbsps lemon juice
freshly ground peppers
80 grams Feta (such as Kefalotyri)
60 milliliters olive oil

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C convection preheat.

Rinse and pat dry meat, chop. Peel garlic and slice. Peel potatoes and dice. Rinse and halve tomatoes. Peel and rinse beans. Peel onions. Rinse bell pepper, halve and remove seeds and ribs, cut into small cubes. Combine meat with all vegetables, olives and herbs, season well with salt, lemon juice and pepper. Arrange in the middle of four double-folded parchment paper squares or circles.Top with sliced cheese and drizzle with olive oil. Pull up paper ends and seal tighly (may be tied with a kitchen string).

Bake in preheated oven at 160°C (approximately 325°F) for about 1.5 hours. Open before serving and sprinkle with pepper. Serve.
