1 garlic clove

3 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps sesame oil
2 Tbsps White vinegar
1 generous pinch Sambal oelek
1 tsp soy sauce
2 Tbsps Lime juice
1 scallion
1 Tbsp freshly chopped cilantro

Preparation steps

1.

Toast the peanuts in a dry pan until fragrant. Remove from the heat and cool slightly. Peel the garlic. 

2.

Gring the peanuts, garlic, and coriander seeds in a mortar. Mix in the olive oil, sesame oil, vinegar, sambal oelek, soy sayce, and lime juice. Stir until thoroughly combined. Rinse, trim, and thinly slice the scallions.

3.

Mix the scallions and cilantro into the dressing. Season to taste with soy sauce and sugar, and serve.
