4 cilantro (chopped)
1 small Red pepper (seeded and diced)
16 raw, peeled shrimp
1 tsp paprika
2 Cucumber (cut into batons)
1 tsp Rice wine vinegar

Preparation steps

Heat the oil in a saute pan set over a moderate heat. When it is hot, toss in the chives, coriander and pepper.

Brown for a few seconds, stirring vigorously, then add the prawns. Cook for 4 minutes over a high heat, stirring continuously. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
3.
Add the cucumber and vinegar, mix together well and remove from the heat.
4.
Divide the cucumber and prawns into 4 glass cups, add the cooking juice, and serve immediately.
