4 red Apple (washed, quartered, cored and diced)
14 ozs Celeriac (peeled and cut into 1 cm dice)
salt
9 ozs green Grape (washed, halved and deseeded)
cup Yogurt
1 Tbsp lemon juice
peppers
1 pinch sugar
1 pinch stock granule
2 Tbsps snipped Chives
1 cup shelled Walnut

Preparation

Preparation steps

1.
Simmer the celeriac in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain, refresh in cold water and drain well.
2.
Put the apples, celeriac and grapes into a bowl and mix with the yoghurt, lemon juice, pepper, sugar and stock granules. Mix in the walnuts and sprinkle with chives.
3.
Spoon into bowls and serve.
