Preparation steps
1.
Cut four thin slices of the apple peel and set aside to garnish. Peel, core and roughly chop the remaining apple.
2.
Cut four thin slices from the mango and set aside to garnish. Roughly chop the remaining mango.
3.
Blend the chopped apple and mango with the yoghurt and pour into glasses. Garnish with the reserved apple peel and mango.
