Preparation steps

1.

Cut Emmentaler into strips. Cut celery into thin slices. Halve grapes.

2.

Rinse apples, cut in half, remove core and cut into fine slices. Sprinkle apples immediately with lemon juice.

3.

Cut ham into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and garnish with mint leaves.
