- 6 Kiwi (peeled)
- ¼ cup Aloe vera juice
- ⅞ cup plain Yogurt
- ⅞ cup Apple juice
- mint (to garnish)

Place the kiwi fruit, aloe vera juice, yoghurt and apple juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
2.
Strain through a fine sieve and serve over ice garnished with the mint sprigs.
