- 1 pkg Sandwich wrap (or tortilla from the bread shelf)
- 1 Avocado
- Romaine lettuce
- ½ Camembert
- 200 grams smoked turkey breasts (sliced)
- salt
- peppers
- 1 Kohlrabi
- cold pressed olive oil
Preparation steps

Heat the wraps according to the package directions. Peel the avocado, halve, remove the seed, and thinly slice. Rinse and dry the lettuce. Slice the camembert cheese. Peel, quarter, and thinly slice the kohlrabi.

Fill the wraps, to taste, with lettuce, sliced turkey, camembert, avocado, and kohlrabi. Season to taste with salt and pepper and drizzle with a little olive oil. Roll up tightly, and cut once diagonally.
