125 grams fresh Wild garlic leaf
750 milliliters cold pressed vegetable oil (such as, sunflower oil, safflower oil, olive oil)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the wild garlic, pat dry and place in a clean, dry bottle. Pour in the oil, close the bottle and leave to stand for about 2 weeks.

2.

After 2 weeks, pour the oil through a fine sieve into a clean bottle.

If desired, add 2-3 trimmed, rinsed and dried wild garlic leaves.
