- Pita bread
- sliced Apple
- For the tomato dip
- 12 Tbsps tomato Ketchup
- 3 Tbsps honey
- 2 tsps Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsps soy sauce
- For the cheese dip
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 3 ½ ozs plain Yogurt
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
