1 small Orange
100 grams Processed cheese (with garlic)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse carrots, peel and cut into sticks. Rinse cucumber, cut into quarters and then cut into chunks. Rinse celery. Cut bell pepper in half, remove the seeds, rinse and cut into sticks. Rinse radicchio and shake dry.

2.

Cut orange in half and squeeze half. Mix cheese with orange juice. Peel the remaining half of the orange and cut out segments. Rinse scallions and cut into thin rings. Mix scallions with the orange segments and the processed cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
