- 4 Turkey cutlets (each about 140 grams)
- 4 Apple
- 150 grams Basmati rice
- salt
- 20 grams butter
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 centiliters Calvados
- 150 grams Whipped cream
- fresh Chervil (for garnishing)
Preparation steps

Rinse and pat dry turkey cutlets. Peel apples, halve and core, cut into wedges. Cook basmati rice according to package instructions in salted water.

Heat butter in a large pan and brown meat for 1-2 minutes per side. Add apple wedges and cook with meat for 3-4 minutes on low heat. Season everything with salt and pepper.

Remove apples from the pan and keep warm. Deglaze pan with Calvados, pour cream over turkey cutlets. Simmer for 2-3 minutes more. Drain rice. Arrange turkey schnitzels and rice on plates, spread with sauce and apple wedges. Garnish with fresh chervil and serve.
