1 Coconut (split with water reserved)
1 large Mango (pitted and sliced)
1 cup light Coconut milk
2 cups low-fat Yogurt
2 Tbsps light Agave syrup

Preparation steps

1.
Remove the flesh from the coconut and grate most of it into a food processor or blender, reserving some as a garnish. Add the reserved coconut water.
2.
Add most of the mango, keeping aside four slices. Add the coconut milk, yoghurt, and agave nectar.
3.
Blend on high for 2 - 3 minutes until smooth.
4.
Pour into glasses and serve with a garnish of mango and coconut in the glass.
