400 grams Cherry tomatoes
200 grams Feta
½ bunch Basil
3 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsps olive oil
sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the tomatoes and drain. Cut pear tomatoes in half and the cherry tomatoes into quarters. Arrange on a platter.

2.

Crumble feta over the tomatoes.

3.

Pluck basil leaves and sprinkle over the salad.

4.

Mix balsamic vinegar with olive oil and season with salt and sugar. Drizzle over the salad and serve.
