1 Red onion
½ bunch cilantro
Juice of half Limes
50 milliliters Vegetable broth
5 Tbsps olive oil
1 tsp honey
salt
cayenne pepper
Corn chip

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, core and chop tomatoes.

2.

Halve avocados, remove pits, scoop out flesh and cut into cubes. Mix with tomatoes and divide among plates.

3.

Peel and finely chop onion. Chop cilantro and mix with onion, lime juice, vegetable broth, olive oil and honey. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Drizzle some of dressing over the salads and serve the remaining dressing on the side. Serve with corn chips.
