1 cup coarse Semolina
1 tsp salt
3 cups sheep milk
2 Tbsps butter
2 tsps Orange blossom water
salt
peppers
1 tsp ground Anise seed (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
In a large pot, bring the water to a boil and stir in the semolina and salt. Simmer over low-medium heat, stirring frequently for 15 minutes or until the semolina is tender and thick.
2.
Add the milk, butter and orange flower water. Bring back to the simmer and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until it has reached your desired consistency.
3.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Ladle into bowls, and garnish with a sprinkle of the ground anise.
